Refund and Returns Policy – Cremeria Opera (UAE)
At Cremeria Opera, we are committed to providing high-quality artisanal gelato and frozen treats. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased in good condition.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
The product is damaged, defective, or unsafe upon delivery.
The wrong product or quantity is delivered.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description and photo of the issue. Cremeria Opera will assess the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, gelato and other frozen products cannot be returned once they have left our store or warehouse.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before processing and delivery. Once the order is prepared for delivery, cancellation or modification is not possible.
